When do the marble water jet pattern tile, we find the problem of joint each stone tile between each tile after dry lay.

Because the gap is a littler bigger so each tile can not match well with each marble tile.

How we can solve this problem?

1.First,we need choose same type of  the water jet cutting machine. At lease  make sure we can use same size of tool bit.

2.Pick up the same thickness of marble slab.

3.When do cutting,we need set clear the production procedure accord to cad drawing and need professional

staff to guide it so the problem can be control on our hand. Sometimes the tool bit will broken and cause the joint not the same. The Fault Tolerance Control can be accept.

4.We can check again the joint when do dry lay,if the joint still not match from tile between tile,we need re do polish it.
